What we value most in steps for evolution is 'dialogue'.

Everything should start with dialoguing and sharing.

We never use aggressive measures such as hostile buyouts. A corporation is destined to grow with time. Our project starts with dialogues and a shared understanding with management and stockholders who are considering further evolution for adapting to the maturing marketplace.

We may start up a project in response to the following types of requests:

 

1. Request from the present management

2. Request from the founder who holds more than half the stock

3. Request from the partner in capital alliance

 

In all of these cases, we discuss with the management and stockholders, come to an agreement on key elements such as the approach to management reform, then implement the stockholding process and start working to help the corporation evolve and acquire higher corporate value.
